CONDITIONS OF HIRE:

Credit Card Facilities not available.  Direct deposits, Cheque, Money Order or Cash please..,

         Rates as of January 2011                                           

• During peak periods - (all long/wknds, Riverstock wknds.  & all school holidays) the rate will be the max. person rate for up to 4 people.   Please enquire about the 5th person rate in cottage 2.
• A 3 night minimum rate applies to all long weekends and from December 15th - January 31st (Peak season)
• Hire commences at 2pm on the first day and must be vacated by 10am on the last day. An anticipated time of arrival is appreciated.
• A deposit of one night's accommodation is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. The balance is to be paid upon arrival.  All Easter and peak season bookings December 15th - January 31st must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• No smoking indoors.
• The cottage must be left in good, clean condition or extra cleaning will be charged accordingly.
• Damage and breakages are the responsiblity of the hirer and will be charged at cost.
• Pets, firearms and trail bikes are not allowed.
• Where late cancellations occur and the full hire period of the cottage cannot be re-booked, we reserve the right to refund at our discretion. When money is refunded it will be less 20% handling fee.
• Easter - $640, 4 nights inclusive.
