CONDITIONS OF HOUSEBOAT HIRE:

• A deposit of $400 is required within 14 days to confirm the booking. Balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to hire period.
• Credit card facilities not available. Payment required by direct deposit or cheque.
• A security bond of $400 in cash only to be paid on arrival.
• The person responsible for the hire of the houseboat must be over the age of 18 years and present either a current driving or boat licence.
• Owners will not be obligated to compensate the hirer for the loss of time due to mechanical problems during period of hire.
• Any unnecessary callouts will be charged for.
• The number of persons on board must NOT exceed Maritime regulation.
• Travel at night strictly forbidden.
• No pets, firearms, axes, motor bikes, loose fuel or naked flames permitted on board.
• Damage to the craft or contents, including losses, is the responsiblity of the hirer and will be charged at cost.
• Instructions on handling the craft given prior to departure.
• Proprietors reserve the right to refuse permission to board at their own discretion.
• Boarding time is 2.00pm and craft must be disembarked by 9.00am and left in good clear order,

CANCELLATION: No monies will be refunded until full period has been re-booked less 10% handling fee.

All fuel during this hire period will be paid for by the hirer at the completion of hire.
